Matthew knew the market around the Kilsyth area very well. He was punctual, professional and communicated to me in an excellent manner. Matthew had a lot of energy and was always smiling. He had a lovely telephone manner and kept me constantly in the loop of things e.g. where we were at, how many people come through tine ‘open day’. Matthew was very good at explaining the process of selling my unit.
