Last weekend, we had a fantastic ANZAC tribute service with Mooroolbark Football Club, followed on the Saturday by the annual Professionals Cup clash between Mount Evelyn & Wandin football and netball clubs. Our team got together for an ANZAC service in Hookey Park followed by a breakfast at the newly renovated Brycee’s Tavern.
The median sale price in the outer east has dropped slightly in the latest quarter, as the banks tighten their purse strings in their lending to both investors and home buyers. However, the market is still strong, and if you are thinking of selling, you may want to capitalise on the reduction in the supply side of the market that usually accompanies the colder seasons.
