Delivering an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mel Rose brings a wealth of experience and rave reviews to her role as Senior Property Manager, a real estate journey that began in 2008 when she took on a weekend receptionist role. This initial foray into the industry sparked a passion that has since fuelled her career for well over a decade. In 2009, Mel transitioned into property management, where she found her true calling. Her exceptional customer service skills and dedication to her craft led her to join the Professionals team in Mooroolbark in 2012. Now residing at the Croydon office, Mel’s professionalism and experience is used to enhance her client’s property management experience.
Throughout her career, Mel has taken brief sabbaticals to focus on another important role - being a mother to her three beautiful children. Mel's hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. She was honoured with the Customer Choice Award from Professionals in 2013, showcasing her ability to build strong relationships with clients. Prior to this, she was named Property Manager of the Year in 2008 and Top Letting Property Manager in both 2009 and 2010 - accolades that speak volumes about her expertise and commitment.
Outside of work, Mel is an adventurer at heart. She spends most of her spare time caravanning and camping with her family. But Mel's adventurous spirit doesn't stop there. In her personal time, she enjoys pilates and netball, always seeking ways to stay active and healthy. In fact, she is not just a participant but also a qualified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. Mel lives by the motto, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today" encapsulating her forward-thinking mindset and her ability to tackle each day with renewed energy and optimism.
