September 2013 Market Snapshot – September

Isn’t it great to finally have some nice spring weather upon us? Seeing all the trees come into bloom is always refreshing. With the start of spring it is also good to see some terrific sale prices are already being achieved.  Following what was a strong winter with June seeing a price increase of approximately 2–3%, the market certainly continues to show signs of strength and buoyancy as the second half of the year progresses.

With interest rates at an all-time low and the election behind us all, industry pundits are expecting this spring to be a bumper time to sell. Many of the buyers who have been looking over winter and were unsuccessful in securing a property are now eager, ready and primed to buy.  If you haven’t had your property valued recently and you’re considering selling, now would be an ideal time to give me a call for a complementary market appraisal.
