Today Greg is discussing sales in the local area, average prices, days on market and price increases. In February Methven Professionals experienced their highest buyer inspections in one week – 695!! This was a staggering amount, and in the month of February Methven had over 2100 buyer inspections.
This activity and the continued low interest rates will hopefully underpin the market for some time to come. It all points to one thing though…..now is a great time to sell, particularly with the apparent evidence that buyers are bringing forward their buying decision in order to capture the low interest rates.
