Sales and activity have continued well through July. We had 80 sales this month, which is close to a record for the company for this time of year. We had 1329 buyer inspections for the month and 441 in one particular week. Stock levels have dropped close to 30% as compared to the start of May, and time on market has also increased, because buyers don’t have quite as much choice.
If you are thinking of selling over the Spring period it would be a good idea to get in earlier, before home competition increases.
