With the shocking weather at this time of year we might expect buyers to retreat into their warm homes rather than look around for properties. While it was quiet in early June, the market in the last two weeks has picked up again and in the final week of June we saw over 300 buyer inspections and 20 sales. The reduction in stock seems to be causing a winter frenzy.
